Night Return

A Sunday afternoon trip to San Juan was a favorite.

Nate and Dad especially enjoyed exploring the huge auto and truck ferry during the hour-long journey.

After talking to a local couple who showed us what to look for, we found all sorts of underwater life right at the marina of Friday Harbor.

A local sea lion at the marina is friendly to visitors.

The return trip in the evening gave a whole different perspective.
