The streets were decorated and ready for the main Mardi Gras weekend to come in a couple of weeks.

The New Orleans Jazz National Historic Park sponsored a performance of the Eureka Band, a New Orleans fixture since the ‘20’s.

Nate was called up to help the band’s Grand Marshal.

The jazz was great and fulfilled my number one goal of things to experience while in town.
