This time Covington East Plant Processing Manager Jason Scheirling gave us a tour of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch system and the Cocoa Puff/Trix system.

The historic city square has been the site of a couple of TV shows including "Heat of the Night." The huge magnolias in the city center are especially pretty.

A southern chain that you see on every corner in the South, Waffle House is a homey breakfast counter restaurant. We had a great time with the waitresses and cook at the Covington one.
