Rain Hits

We started the kids' first Junior Ranger program, hopped on rocks in a river, experienced part of the annual elk rut, and did some hiking during a couple of days in the park.

This male had yet to form his "harem" of ladies for the season.

Amazing hoofwork allows them to stand on practically vertical cliffs.

We have basically had no rain on the trip so far. This was a misty rain shower that came through the mountains toward us as we were leaving.
